Shipping

We ship worldwide from Singapore. All orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

  • Singapore & Southeast Asia — Free shipping on all orders
  • Rest of World — Flat rate S$30–35 per order
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders S$250 and above

International orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days (economy) or 2–5 business days (express). Transit times may vary due to customs clearance.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment or in-store purchase. Returns are accepted at no charge on our end — no restocking fees. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service so your return doesn’t get lost in transit.

Items must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, smell, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any items included as part of the packaging.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The same condition requirements apply. Return shipping is on you; we’ll contribute S$15 toward your return shipping cost on exchanges — credited to your next order upon receipt of your return tracking details.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@dbblebarrel.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you the return address within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked courier of your choice.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at hello@dbblebarrel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.
