Everything here is made to order. That means your piece is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Because of that, our policy is structured a little differently from a standard retail brand. WRONG SIZE OR FIT We offer one free size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We cover the return shipping cost. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your exchange within 5 to 7 business days. To start an exchange, email us at hello@dbblebarrel.com with your order number and the size you need. FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM If your item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong one, we will fix it. You will receive a full refund or replacement and we cover all shipping costs. Email us at hello@dbblebarrel.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. CHANGE OF MIND Because every piece is made to order for you specifically, we are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
